RequirementsActive Alaska LPN license (or compact license)
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Assist with treatments, wound care, and procedures as directed
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes
Document patient care accurately in accordance with facility and state guidelines
